Employees up the hill were cutting down a tree. The falling tree caught onto a leaning tree which then struck an employee in the chest. The employee was hospitalized with cracked ribs.

An employee was felling a tree. Part of a tree that was leaning on the tree the employee was felling fell onto the employee causing a concussion, cracked vertebrae, a cracked rib, broken teeth and a broken femur.

At approximately 7:00 am on May 28th, the employee (a choker setter) was unhooking the choker while another employee was felling a tree below. The tree fell hitting the skyline which ejected trees and the employee into the air. The employee sustained a broken left tibia and fibula when struck by the tree upon hitting the ground.
