At approximately 7:00 am on May 28th, the employee (a choker setter) was unhooking the choker while another employee was felling a tree below. The tree fell hitting the skyline which ejected trees and the employee into the air. The employee sustained a broken left tibia and fibula when struck by the tree upon hitting the ground. |
